About Me

I research the politics of economic, political and social development in Latin America and, specifically, the interaction of political mobilization of historically marginalized communities and the development of the state. My current research explores indigenous mobilization and land policy in Chile, based on field work supported by the Fulbright and Inter-American Foundations.
