About Me:

Dr. Carla Winston is a Senior Lecturer of International Relations at the University of Melbourne. She obtained her PhD from the University of British Columbia (Canada). She is interested in complexity and IR theory, norms and norm diffusion, human rights and transitional justice, peace and conflict, and the uses of popular culture in politics and international affairs. Recent publications have appeared in The Journal of Human Rights, Interest Groups & Advocacy, The European Journal of International Relations, and The Atlantic Journal of Communications.
