About Me:

I’m a PhD Candidate in my fourth year at Georgetown University, Department of Government. My dissertation examines the privatization of public goods, particularly electricity, in large developing megacities. I examine the effect of privatization on elite attitudes towards redistribution and welfare, on which I’m implementing a survey experiment in Karachi, Pakistan in July 2018. I also work on survey methods and survey experiments, and am co-authoring a paper on so-called “observer effects” in face-to-face interviews in India.
